Goal
Psychology is the only science without a definition (Jennshah, Chowrangi). It can be explained in simpler terms, such as- ‘The study of the human mind and behavior’. When talking about Psychology, it was extremely important to take into account Teenage Psychology, and as a teenager myself, I was able to corelate to the opinions of my fellow teenagers. The intention of my Project was to conduct research considering the different aspects of Teenage Behavior and the Illnesses associated with it. I had to create not only an educational, but also a relatable product that every teenager could link to. The most direct way of conveying my message was through a video and being a support to teenagers.
The video had a larger viewing platform on YouTube and hence was be able to impart more knowledge, regardless of age and included some methods on ‘How to overcome certain obstacles’ in adolescence. The video contained the psychological and behavioral changes taking place in teenagers, how different situations impacted certain reactions, factors that affected teenage behavior and what caused these illnesses, ways in which these illnesses could be avoided or overcome.
My goal was challenging since there are a variety of aspects to be considered when looking at teenage psychology, behavior and illnesses, which requires research and seeks knowledge from an individual working in that particular field. I needed to conduct lots of study in order to be able to provide valid information to others; I watched videos, documentaries and read relevant articles. I had to familiarize myself with concepts involved with the idea of psychology and what factors affect teenage reactions and mindsets, such as stimuli (anger, irritation etc.). I required opinions from teenagers to be able to accumulate mass ideas in different situations, while keeping in mind the Criteria Rubric and trying to implement all the Level 7-8 aspects of the rubric in the product.

Global Context
The Global Context chosen for my project was Identities and Relationships- how changes affect growth, values, mental health and the nature of relationships with humans. ("Global Contexts | Hugh Boyd Secondary School").
The reason behind choosing this was because it majorly merged with the goal and intention behind my entire Personal Project- to acquire more knowledge on behavior and mindset, and how a child’s transition to adolescence can affect their nature and relationships with others.
